It was our first time at The Graduate. My husband and I both loved it. The staff (students) and the facility is awesome! Love the way it's decorated. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was professional and very friendly. The hostess at breakfast was incredible. The bellman was so helpful. The dead bushes in the landscaping at the front of this property seemed odd for this high level of a property.

the staff were very friendly and the location is perfect for folks , who want a place near the airport. the cost was moderate. the physical layout worked out well, since I had a room on the ground floor[ worked great]. the place I modest and I did not expect a palace. 2 issues. there was no shape in the shower dispenser . also the cleaning material used on the floors, smelled like FABULOSO. I find it offensive and the ingredients are such that I would never use in my home. if they regularly refill the shampoo and change cleaner, I would have been thrilled.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice, thoughtful and helpful. Only issue was the transit station across the street playing loud music all day and night long. (Till 3 a.m.) Front desk ran us up earplugs which did help some
